Provided is an oil-in-water emulsion composition which is excellent in storage stability at a low temperature by suppressing precipitation of solids and increase in turbidity even when stored at a low temperature for a long period of time. A sucrose stearate containing 80% by mass to 100% by mass of a monoester, a polyglycerol fatty acid ester having at least one of a branched fatty acid structure and an unsaturated fatty acid structure, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin An oil-in-water emulsion composition comprising an oil-soluble ester derivative of a vitamin selected from the group consisting of E and water.
