titleOfInvention Piezoelectric actuator
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the potentials of two types of common electrodes arranged on the same surface of a piezoelectric layer uniform. SOLUTION: Common electrodes 44 and 45 are arranged on the upper surface of a piezoelectric layer 42. The common electrode 44 includes a plurality of facing portions 44a facing the substantially central portion of the plurality of individual electrodes 43 arranged in two rows in the paper feed direction, and two connection portions 44b that connect the facing portions 44a of each row to each other. A connecting portion 44c that connects the upper ends of the two connecting portions 44b to each other is provided. The common electrode 45 is disposed so as to be surrounded on three sides by two connection portions 44b and a connection portion 44c. The common electrodes 44 and 45 are connected to wirings 47 a to 47 d drawn on the upper surface of the diaphragm 41, and among these, the wiring 47 e is disposed on the upper surface of the piezoelectric layer 42 so as to cover the common electrodes 44 and 45. On the upper surface of the insulating layer formed, it is connected to the common electrode 44 through a through hole 46a formed in the insulating layer and extends across the connecting portion 44c.
