abstract The present invention provides a cooking device capable of increasing the number of breads that can be toasted at one time and capable of baking bread with a crisp texture. The present invention is a heating cooker that heats and cooks an object to be cooked in a cooking chamber by a heating means. The heating cooker includes a grill 71 that holds a plurality of sliced breads S in a vertically placed state and accommodates them in a cooking chamber. The heating means uses a hot air unit that circulates and supplies hot air into the cooking chamber to toast the bread bread S.
