titleOfInvention Sound equipment
abstract In an acoustic device, a waterproof vibration membrane is prevented from being destroyed by pressure fluctuation. An acoustic apparatus including a waterproof vibration film and a magnetic part including a magnet disposed under the waterproof vibration film, wherein the waterproof vibration film includes magnetic parts. Convex part 14a protruding in the direction in which it is located or concave part 14b that is recessed in the direction opposite to the direction in which magnetic parts 11 and 12 are located. At a position corresponding to the concave portion 14b of the waterproof vibration membrane 14, or having a concave-shaped pressure buffering portion 12a corresponding to the shape of the convex portion 14a, recessed in a direction opposite to the direction in which the waterproof vibration membrane 14 is located. A pressure buffering portion 12b having a convex shape corresponding to the shape of the concave portion 14b protruding in the direction in which the waterproof vibration membrane 14 is located is provided.
