titleOfInvention | Light emitting element mounting substrate, method for manufacturing the same, and light emitting element mounting package |
abstract | Provided is a substrate for mounting a light emitting element, which can exhibit high airtightness when the light emitting element is mounted and sealed. An aluminum nitride substrate, wiring electrodes provided on a first main surface of the aluminum nitride substrate and connected to a light emitting element, and a second electrode of the aluminum nitride substrate are provided. Terminal electrode 6a, 6b provided on main surface 2b and through-hole electrode 5a provided in aluminum nitride substrate 2 and connecting wiring electrodes 4a, 4b and terminal electrodes 6a, 6b , 5b and a frame-like light reflecting layer 3 provided on the first main surface 2a of the aluminum nitride substrate 2, so as to reach from the first main surface 2a to the second main surface 2b. In addition, through holes 7 a and 7 b are provided in the aluminum nitride substrate 2, through hole electrodes 5 a and 5 b are disposed in the through holes 7 a and 7 b, and the through holes 7 a and 7 b are formed by the light reflecting layer 3. Sealed It is characterized in that. [Selection] Figure 1 |
