Disclosed is a composite resin composition that can suppress foaming due to plastic-derived volatiles under high temperature and high temperature and high humidity conditions, and can be cured by irradiation with active energy rays compatible with water vapor barrier properties and low dielectric properties. An adhesive using a resin composition and an adhesive tape for joining an optical member cured with an active energy ray are provided. SOLUTION: A urethane acrylate resin having a functional group number of less than 2, a polyisobutylene resin having a number average molecular weight of 300 to 100,000, and a crosslinking agent so that the crosslinking point concentration is 0.03 to 0.15 mmol / g. By curing the composite resin with active energy rays, a cured product having excellent foam resistance, water vapor barrier properties, and low dielectric properties, or an adhesive tape for joining optical members can be obtained.
