titleOfInvention | Cellulose nanofiber production apparatus and cellulose nanofiber production method |
abstract | A cellulose nanofiber production apparatus and a cellulose nanofiber production method capable of producing cellulose nanofiber with energy saving are provided. The present invention provides a chemical treatment mechanism for subjecting pulp fibers in a slurry to a chemical treatment comprising oxidation treatment, hydrolysis treatment, or a combination thereof, and coarsely defibrates the pulp fibers in the slurry. A heat exchanger having a refiner, a high-pressure homogenizer that refines the pulp fibers in the slurry, and heat removal means that removes heat generated by the high-pressure homogenizer using water, and the heat exchange mechanism includes the heat removal mechanism. An apparatus for producing cellulose nanofibers, further comprising heating means for heating the slurry of the chemical treatment mechanism using water heated by the means. It is preferable that the chemical treatment mechanism has a reaction tank, and the heating means supplies the heated water to the reaction tank. [Selection] Figure 1 |
