abstract |
Compositions and methods for treating or preventing dengue virus infection in vertebrate subjects are provided. Disclosed are human neutralizing monoclonal antibodies that bind to dengue virus serotype 1 envelope proteins or fragments thereof isolated from EBV immortalized B cells derived from patients who have recovered from dengue infection. Methods are provided for administering such antibodies to vertebrate subjects in an amount effective to inhibit, eliminate or prevent recurrence from infection. [Selection] Figure 1 |
