A soluble fusion protein complex having at least two soluble fusion proteins. An IL-15 variant polypeptide (IL-) comprising a dimer consisting of two IL-15 receptor fusion polypeptides and an N to D substitution at position 72 of the IL-15 sequence. Each of the IL-15 receptor fusion polypeptides comprises an IL-15Rαsushi binding domain (IL-15RαSu / Fc) fused to an immunoglobulin Fc domain, and the IL-15Rαsushi binding Each domain is associated with an IL-15N72D polypeptide, the IL-15N72D: IL-15RαSu / Fc complex fully occupied by the IL-15 binding site. A complex wherein the IL-15N72D and / or IL-15RαSu / Fc fusion protein is glycosylated. [Selection figure] None |
