titleOfInvention Reflective optical device, far-infrared imaging system, and gas detection system
abstract The present invention provides a reflective optical device that is bright, has good optical performance, is compact, and is low in cost, and a far-infrared imaging system and a gas detection system including the same. A reflective optical device DU includes a reflective optical system TU that forms an optical image IM of an object, and an image sensor GT that converts the optical image IM into an electrical signal. The reflective optical system TU includes, in order from the object side, a stop ST and first to fourth reflective surfaces S1 to S4. After forming the intermediate image IM0 between the first reflective surface S1 and the fourth reflective surface S4, An optical image IM is formed on the sensor surface SS of the image sensor GT. The angle at which the central principal ray imaged at the center of the sensor surface SS of the image sensor GT is deflected by the first to fourth reflecting surfaces S1 to S4 is appropriately set.
