abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a technique for efficiently synthesizing fine inorganic particles. According to the present invention, a gas and a liquid containing carbon dioxide are injected into a reaction vessel from a nozzle to generate ultra fine bubbles containing carbon dioxide, and average primary particles are present in the presence of the ultra fine bubbles. By depositing an inorganic carbonate having a diameter of 300 nm or less, fine particles of the inorganic carbonate can be synthesized. [Selection] Figure 7
