A printed wiring board having excellent dielectric characteristics and reliability in a high frequency region is provided. A printed wiring board according to the present invention includes an insulating layer formed of a prepreg including a resin composition (P) containing a cyclic olefin copolymer (A) and a sheet-like fiber base material, and the insulating layer on the insulating layer.
