A powder cosmetic comprising hydrolyzed silk protein, spherical particles, and plate-like particles. The hydrolyzed silk protein is preferably hydrolyzed sericin. The blending ratio (mass ratio) of the spherical particles and the plate-like particles is preferably 1: 0.1 to 1: 3.
