abstract |
Disclosed is a microfluidic system for causing disturbance in a cell membrane. A microfluidic system for inducing disturbances in a cell membrane, wherein the microfluidic channel defines a lumen and is configured to allow cells suspended in a buffer to pass therethrough. And the microfluidic channel includes a stenosis 15 for cell deformation, the diameter of the stenosis 15 being a function of the diameter of the cell 20. A microfluidic system 10 capable of delivering a delivery material 30 into the interior of a cell. [Selection] Figure 1 |
