A self-assembling peptide bone filling composition for transplantation is provided. SOLUTION: (a) It includes a domain in which hydrophobic amino acids and hydrophilic amino acids are alternately provided, and in an unmodified state, is complementary, structurally compatible, self-organized, and takes a macroscopic structure. A first amino acid domain that causes self-assembly; and (b) a self-assembling peptide comprising a second amino acid domain that does not self-assemble alone and comprises at least one minimal biologically active sequence . A bone filling composition comprising an osteoponten motif, a bone growth peptide, a bone marrow peptide, a myelopeptide, and a heparin-binding motif domain. [Selection] Figure 1B |
