With low reflection coating, 30% by weight <C SP <68% by weight, 12% by weight ≦ C TP <50% by weight, 20% by weight <C Binder <43.75% by weight, C TP / C Binder ≧ 0.6 C Binder <25% by mass when C SP ≧ 55% by mass and C TP > 20% by mass when C SP <55% by mass, and the transmittance gain is 2.0% or more.
