abstract [Problem] To provide pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs or foods useful for improving stumbling during walking, or materials or preparations that can be blended in these. The present invention relates to a spoilage amelioration agent, which contains 5 to 100% by mass of phospholipids and 1 to 50% by mass of sphingomyelin and contains milk fat globule membrane as an active ingredient. A stumbling-improving agent during walking that is administered or ingested 10 to 1500 mg per person per day. Furthermore, a stumbling-improving agent during walking, which may contain glucosamine or a salt thereof as an active ingredient (10-20000 mg per adult per day) and whose dosage form is a solid preparation for oral administration.
