titleOfInvention | Biomolecules generated by electromagnetic stimulation of living mammalian cells |
abstract | A method for producing a natural mammalian biomolecule by electromagnetically stimulating mammalian cells using an electromagnetic field. The molecules IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, G-CSF, GM-CSF, RANTES, HGF, LIF, EPO, and secretome are found in human peripheral blood. A method for producing a biomolecule containing a concentration of more than 10 times the concentration to be obtained in a culture chamber with a culture medium in a bioreactor in a bioreactor that rotates around a horizontal axis and keeps the cells suspended in the culture medium. Placing adult stem cells and exposing the culture to a time-varying electromagnetic field consisting of a square wave with a variable duty cycle of 5-100 Hz and a magnetic field of 35-200 Gauss. Mammalian cells can be grown in chambers exposed to time-varying electromagnetic forces. Biomolecules can be isolated from cells. [Selection figure] None |
