abstract | To improve energy efficiency. When the accelerator is off and the brake is off, the motor is controlled such that the first braking force acts on the vehicle by regenerative driving of the motor. Further, when the accelerator is off and the brake is on, the braking force that is the sum of the first braking force and the second braking force corresponding to the amount of brake operation with the upper limit braking force is obtained by the regenerative drive of the motor. The motor is controlled so as to act on the vehicle, and when the second braking force is greater than the upper limit braking force, the braking force applying device is controlled so that the difference braking force acts on the vehicle. When the accelerator is off and the brake is off, the braking force reduction control is performed to reduce the first braking force when the braking force reduction condition is satisfied compared to when the reduction condition is not satisfied. When the brake is turned on during execution of the control, the first braking force is made larger than before the brake is turned on. [Selection] Figure 4 |
