abstract The present invention provides a preparation for analyzing hemoglobin in a blood sample and a liquid chromatography method for measuring hemoglobin using the preparation. A preparation solution for measuring hemoglobin from a sample containing hemoglobin, wherein the preparation solution contains at least one ester ether type nonionic surfactant, and ether type nonionic surfactant.
