titleOfInvention Method for producing organic / inorganic layered perovskite thin film
abstract An optically high-quality organic-inorganic layered perovskite thin film having a constant film thickness and a smooth surface morphology is provided. A method for producing an organic / inorganic layered perovskite thin film is limited to a state in which hydrophobic inorganic molecules and organic molecules having both hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity are continuously and uniformly arranged on the surface of a solution. A hydrophobic surface material is formed on the solution having a molecular alignment step of applying a pressing force along the solution surface and an organic / inorganic molecule alignment layer on the solution surface in which the organic molecules and inorganic molecules are uniformly aligned. A dipping step of immersing the hydrophobic substrate and transferring the uniformly arranged organic / inorganic molecular alignment layer formed on the solution surface to the surface of the hydrophobic substrate in the dipping process; and taking out the hydrophobic substrate from the solution And taking out the organic / inorganic molecular alignment layer formed on the surface of the solution during the taking-out process onto the surface of the hydrophobic substrate.
