abstract [PROBLEMS] To develop an efficient extraction method of oil and fat components using liquid extraction. SOLUTION: A small amount of hydrophobic organic solvent is added to an aqueous solution containing microalgae and microorganisms, and cell walls, cell membranes, and cell-cell adhesion are crushed, so that oil components can be contacted and dissolved in the hydrophobic organic solvent. Oil and fat component extraction method including a hydrophobic organic solvent addition crushing step to promote.
