titleOfInvention | POLYMER POWDER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME |
abstract | Disclosed is a polymer powder that has a narrow particle size distribution and a uniform particle size within a certain range and can ensure excellent fluidity and applicability. Further, the present invention provides a method for producing the polymer powder, which is advantageous in terms of cost and time, and can minimize changes in physical properties due to temperature and the like. A polymer powder having an average particle size of 20 μm to 300 μm, particles having a particle size of less than 10 μm is 10% by mass or less, and particles having a particle size exceeding 300 μm is 10% by mass or less. Forming a polymer melt; introducing a supercritical fluid into the polymer melt to form a mixed composition; and injecting the mixed composition to produce a polymer powder. A method for producing the polymer powder comprising: [Selection] Figure 1A |
