titleOfInvention Dicarbonyl reductase mutant and its application
abstract The present invention relates to a dicarbonyl reductase mutant, its nucleotide acid-encoding sequence, an expression cassette containing the sequence, a reconstitution vector, a host cell, and a method for producing a 3R, 5S-dicarbonyl group compound using the mutant. And the resulting 3R, 5S-dicarbonyl group compound has an ee value of over 99% and a de value of about 90%. The dicarbonyl reductase mutant is a core drug intermediate, and provides an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of the chiral dicarbonyl group hexanoic acid chain of statins.
