abstract |
The grain-oriented electrical steel flat according to the present invention includes an insulating coating layer applied to at least one surface of the flat. The insulating coating includes a matrix including phosphate and silica. The insulating coating further includes filler particles. The filler particles include a core made of a high Young's modulus material and a shell. The shell is made of a material that surrounds the core and by which the filler particles are bonded to the matrix. In this way, it is possible to eliminate the need to add a chromium compound to the insulating coating of the directional electromagnetic steel flat material. [Selection] Figure 1 |
