abstract |
The present disclosure provides a system, method and apparatus for providing a cascode driver circuit for supplying two or more voltages, positive and negative, at an output node. The voltage supplied by the cascode driver circuit can be used to supply voltages to various interconnects and terminals of the display device. The cascode driver circuit includes a first circuit for supplying two or more positive voltages to the output node via a first set of cascode transistors, and two or more negative voltages to the first of the cascode transistors. And a second circuit for supplying via the two sets. The driver circuit includes a body effect reducing circuit for reducing the influence of the body effect on the performance of the driver circuit. The driver circuit also includes circuitry for reducing substrate leakage current. |
