titleOfInvention Non-coding RNA of Salmonella and its identification and use
abstract The present invention provides Salmonella non-coding RNA and its identification and use. Specifically, the experiments of the present invention show that Salmonella presents non-coding RNA (ncRNA) encoded by itself into the host cell, and generates a miRNA similar to microRNA by the microRNA cleavage system of the cell, and immunizes with miRNA. Controlling the system has shown that Salmonella is protected from removal by the host. Adsorption of milRNA with an inhibitor of milRNA effectively suppresses the intracellular viability of the bacteria and reduces the viability of the bacteria. The present invention also provides related reagents and methods that can effectively detect, treat and study Salmonella or infections.
