A package body including an outer bag made of a non-breathable film, an inner bag sealed in the outer bag, and a sheet-shaped heating element sealed in the inner bag. The inner bag is made of a film provided with ventilation holes, and the sheet-like heating element is made of a heat generating material containing trisodium phosphate 12 hydrate crystals, an excipient, water, and iron powder.
