PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injectable pharmaceutical preparation that can be used for drug delivery without requiring the use of an organic solvent or forming nanoparticles and microparticles before injection. An injectable pharmaceutical preparation comprising a mixture of an alkyl-substituted polylactide of the following formula obtained by ring-opening polymerization of an alkyl-substituted 1,4-dioxane-2,5-dione and a drug.
