abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair styling agent that has good stretchability when applied to hair, little stickiness of hair after hair styling, and excellent re-styling properties. The hair styling agent of the present invention comprises (A) one or more selected from methacrylic acid and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether ester, acrylic acid, acrylic acid alkyl ester, methacrylic acid and methacrylic acid alkyl ester. And (B) a carbomer and (C) an alkali, and is an oil-in-water emulsion.
