abstract | Provided is a method for manufacturing a non-aqueous battery container having an electrode lead wire member with improved corrosion resistance so that the life of a lithium ion battery is extended. SOLUTION: A corrosion-resistant thin film coating layer 22 and a second sealant layer 23 are sequentially laminated on the surface of a metallic lead-out sealing portion 21, and the second sealant layer is modified with maleic anhydride. A polyolefin-based sealant resin film or a polyolefin-based sealant resin film modified with an epoxy functional group, and the thin film coating layer crosslinks a resin having a hydroxyl group-containing polyvinyl alcohol skeleton or a copolymer resin thereof. The electrode lead member 18 is manufactured, which contains a substance made of a metal fluoride or a derivative thereof, and is formed in a band-like pattern with a width narrower than or equal to or greater than that of the second sealant layer. Thereafter, the first sealant layer of the exterior material and the second sealant layer of the electrode lead wire member are thermally bonded. [Selection] Figure 4 |
