titleOfInvention Method for producing crosslinking compound and method for producing sliding member
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a crosslinking compound capable of obtaining a polyamide molded article having excellent mechanical strength, and a method for producing a sliding member using the crosslinking compound. A method for producing a crosslinking compound according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first kneading step of kneading polyamide and a crosslinking aid, and a kneaded product and an inorganic filler in the first kneading step. A second kneading step for kneading. The inorganic filler is preferably a needle filler. The mixing amount of the inorganic filler in the second kneading step is preferably 10 parts by mass or more and 60 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyamide. The manufacturing method of the sliding member which concerns on another one Embodiment of this invention is equipped with the shaping | molding process which shape | molds the compound for bridge | crosslinking, and the ionizing radiation irradiation process which irradiates ionizing radiation to the molded object obtained at the said shaping | molding process. As the cross-linking compound, a cross-linking compound obtained by the method for producing the cross-linking compound is used. [Selection] Figure 1
