titleOfInvention Treatment method of radioactive liquid waste
abstract Provided is a radioactive waste liquid treatment method capable of treating a radioactive waste liquid containing boron into a cement solidified body having high strength and capable of solidifying a large amount of waste liquid at once. A method for treating a radioactive waste liquid containing boron includes an alkali addition step S10 in which an alkali metal or an alkali metal compound 11 is added to a radioactive waste liquid 10 containing boron, and the radioactive waste liquid 10 is dried by drying the added radioactive waste liquid 10. Included in the dissolving step 14 is a drying step S11 for obtaining a concentrate (dry powder 12) obtained by evaporating the water, a dissolving step S12 in which the dry powder 12 and the kneaded water 13 are mixed to form a dissolving solution 14, and A temperature raising step S13 for raising the temperature of the dissolving liquid 14 to the melting point or higher of the alkali metal borate, and adding the hydraulic inorganic solidifying material 15 to the heated temperature of the dissolving liquid 14, so that the dissolving liquid 14 and the hydraulic inorganic solidifying material are added. 15 and a kneading step.
