titleOfInvention Hydrogen desorption method, silicon crystal laminate, hydrogen storage system, tritium separation system, and tritium separation method
abstract Hydrogen desorption method capable of desorbing hydrogen adsorbed on silicon by electromagnetic wave irradiation, hydrogen storage system using the desorption method, tritium separation system and tritium separation method, and high hydrogen storage rate A silicon crystal laminate is provided. [1] A hydrogen desorption method in which hydrogen is desorbed from the silicon crystal by irradiating the silicon crystal adsorbing hydrogen with light having a wavelength that resonates with vibration of a Si—H bond. [2] A hydrogen desorption method in which hydrogen is desorbed from the particles by irradiating the silicon crystal particles having adsorbed hydrogen with light having a wavelength capable of causing an interband transition of silicon constituting the particles. [3] Irradiate silicon crystal particles that have adsorbed hydrogen with light having a wavelength that can cause an interband transition of silicon constituting the particles, and simultaneously irradiate light with a wavelength that resonates with vibration of the Si-H bond. A hydrogen desorption method for desorbing hydrogen from the particles. [Selection] Figure 11
