abstract | Kind Code: A1 A bamboo-derived food poisoning pathogen-selective antibacterial agent having a selectivity for food poisoning pathogens and having a low content of toxic and carcinogenic benzopyrenes, and the food poisoning pathogen-selective antibacterial agent A molded body is provided. SOLUTION: A food poisoning causative fungus-selective antibacterial agent comprises 40 mg / L or more of formic acid, 1000 mg / L or more of acetic acid, 500 mg / L or more of one or both of succinic acid and malic acid, and 100 mg / L of furfural compound. The content of benzopyrenes is 0.7 ppb or less. The food poisoning causative bacteria-selective antibacterial agent-containing molded product is obtained by blending 30 to 300 parts by mass of the food poisoning causal fungus selective antibacterial agent with respect to 100 parts by mass of charcoal.
