abstract [Problem] To provide a platelet adhesion promoter capable of enhancing the therapeutic effect of platelet factor released from platelets as compared with the prior art. A platelet adhesion promoter for adhering platelets to impaired vascular endothelial cells, wherein the platelet adhesion promoter is at least one of hematopoietic stem cells, mononuclear cells, and bone marrow cells.
