abstract | A surface protective film having an excellent balance of adhesive strength at a low peeling speed and a high peeling speed, and also having excellent durability and rework performance. (A) a (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer having an alkyl group with C4 to C10 carbon atoms, (B) a copolymerizable monomer containing a hydroxyl group, and (C) a copolymer containing a carboxyl group. A possible monomer, (D) a polyalkylene glycol mono (meth) acrylate monomer, and (E) a nitrogen-containing vinyl monomer that does not contain a hydroxyl group or an alkoxy group-containing alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer that does not contain a hydroxyl group. An acrylic polymer of a copolymerized copolymer, (F) a trifunctional or higher functional isocyanate compound, (G) a crosslinking retarder, (H) a crosslinking catalyst, and (I) a polysiloxane having an HLB value of 7 to 12.
