abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a silicone emulsion composition in which the fiber surface after treatment exhibits water absorption. A film-forming silicone emulsion composition and a fiber treatment agent that are particularly excellent in durability and that can maintain water absorption on the fiber surface even after washing treatment are provided. (A) Organopolysiloxane containing hydroxyl group and / or alkoxy group bonded to at least two silicon atoms in one molecule: 100 parts by mass (B) Surfactant: 0.1-50 mass Part (C) 0.1 to 50 parts by mass of polyoxyalkylene glycidyl ether, and (D) water: 50 to 1,000 parts by mass, a film-forming silicone emulsion composition.
