abstract | Provided is an oil-in-water emulsified sunscreen cosmetic that retains and improves the unevenness correction effect on the skin even when it comes into contact with water after application, and is excellent in use feeling. An oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic comprising (A) a coloring material and (B) a fatty acid that is solid at room temperature of 3% by mass or more and has a neutralization rate of 51% or less. (C) A cosmetic further containing an oil having an IOB of 0.5 or more. A cosmetic material in which the oil of (C) is preferably polyoxyethylene / polyoxypropylene dimethyl ether. [Effect] When the cosmetics come into contact with moisture, the skin unevenness correction effect increases. [Selection figure] None |
