Method for producing composite molded material using bagasse fiber |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a composite molding material having a smooth surface from which a sweet odor peculiar to sugarcane is removed. The bagasse fiber is immersed in acetic anhydride and heated to acetylate (convert the hydroxyl group of the bagasse fiber to an acetyl group), and then kneaded with polypropylene to injection-mold or hot-press the composite, A method for producing a composite molding material using bagasse fibers, characterized in that a composite molding material can be obtained in which the sweet odor peculiar to sugar cane is greatly reduced while maintaining the smoothness of the surface.
