An evaluation method comprising measuring a conductivity of a dispersion liquid containing a solvent and a carbon nanotube aggregate, and estimating a dispersion degree of the carbon nanotube aggregate based on the obtained conductivity. Alternatively, the conductivity of the dispersion containing the solvent and the carbon nanotube aggregate is measured, and it is determined whether the carbon nanotube aggregate is present in a network shape or a bundle shape based on the obtained conductivity.
