abstract | A hydrogen-containing liquid having a high dissolved hydrogen content when used. According to the present invention, a container 3 and a container-packed liquid containing a hydrogen-generating granular material and a liquid filled in the container 3, the container 3 being attached to the bottle 2 and the bottle 2. The bottle cap 1 is filled with a liquid, the bottle cap 1 is provided with a housing portion 12 and a lid portion 11 formed integrally with the housing portion 12, and the bottle cap 1 has a lid portion 11. A container in which the container 12 is opened and the contents of the container 12 are released to the liquid in the bottle 2 in response to the opening operation that is turned in the opening direction, and the container 12 is filled with hydrogen-generating particles.
