titleOfInvention | Heat exchanger and water heater |
abstract | The present invention provides a heat exchanger in which the heat exchange performance is hardly deteriorated by suppressing the latent heat storage material from preferentially solidifying on the surface of a heat transfer plate. The present invention is a heat exchanger 1 in which a heat storage member 5 is provided via a heat transfer plate 4 between two fluids (water 2, refrigerant 3). In this heat exchanger 1, the heat storage member 5 includes a latent heat storage material A6 and an encapsulated latent heat storage material B7, and has the following relationship: a temperature higher than TA <TBTAB and a temperature higher than ρA <ρBTAB Satisfies ρA> ρB. Here, TA represents the melting point of the latent heat storage material A6, TB represents the melting point of the latent heat storage material B7, ρA represents the specific gravity of the latent heat storage material A6, and ρB represents the specific gravity of the encapsulated latent heat storage material B7. TAB represents a temperature at which the specific gravity of the latent heat storage material A6 and the specific gravity of the encapsulated latent heat storage material B7 are the same.
