abstract The present invention provides a coated stainless steel sheet that sufficiently exhibits both corrosion resistance and coating film peeling resistance even in a cracked portion of a coating film. A coated stainless steel plate according to the present invention has an undercoat film formed of a resin composition containing a binder resin on a stainless steel plate. The undercoat coating film contains a phosphate rust preventive pigment and a molybdate rust preventive pigment in a specific amount with respect to the binder resin, respectively, and also includes a specific amount even in the total amount of both.
