titleOfInvention | Wood reinforced sheet for high frequency bonding |
abstract | To provide a wood reinforcing sheet for high-frequency adhesion that provides a strong adhesive force in a short time and is excellent in workability. A reinforced wood sheet comprising a base layer made of reinforcing fibers and a resin, and a wood sheet, wherein the wood sheet is disposed on both sides of the base layer, and the wood sheet is sliced. It is a wood reinforced sheet comprising wood pulp and a thermosetting resin, and the degree of cure of the thermosetting resin is in the range of 40 to 90%. Furthermore, it is preferable that the thermosetting resin constituting the wood-based sheet is a phenol-based resin, and the resin constituting the base layer is an epoxy resin. And it is the manufacturing method of the fiber reinforced wood which affixes the said wood reinforcement sheet | seat of this invention on the wood surface, and adhere | attaches it with a high frequency press.
