The panel member 2 having a fixing part 22 through which a fixing tool for fixing penetrates, the surface 21a of the impregnation part 21 from both sides of the panel material 2, and the fixing part 22 adjacent to the surface 21a of the impregnation part 21 The heat storage panel 1 is configured so as to block the latent heat storage material from the impregnation portion 21 toward the fixing portion 22.
