[PROBLEMS] To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a small peeling force, which is difficult to increase even when time passes in a state of being bonded to a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and has little transfer of a silicone component to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Provided is a release film that does not reduce the adhesive strength of the release film and has excellent releasability, and has a small amount of charge when the release film is handled and when the release film is peeled off from the adherend. . A first release agent layer 2 containing an antistatic agent and not containing fine particles and a second release agent layer 4 containing fine particles 3 are formed on at least one surface of a base film 1. A release film 5 having a two-layer release agent layer laminated in this order, wherein the total thickness of the first release agent layer 2 and the second release agent layer 4 is 0.4 to 2.0 μm, the protruding height from the surface of the second release agent layer 4 to the top of the fine particles 3 is equal to or greater than the total thickness, and both release agent layers 2 4.
