abstract |
A charging member that suppresses uneven charging over time is provided. For example, a conductive support 30, an inorganic conductive agent including a metal disposed on the conductive support 30, and a ligand capable of coordinating with the metal, and having a molecular weight of 400 or less. A charging member 121 comprising a surface layer 32 containing an organic conductive agent. The inorganic conductive agent is metal oxide particles, and the organic conductive agent is at least one of anthraquinone particles and anthraquinone derivative particles.
