abstract | To manufacture a gasket stably at low cost. A method of manufacturing a gasket according to an embodiment is a method of forming a gasket 1 on a seal surface 11 of a seal member 10, having a facing surface portion 21 that faces the sealing surface 11, and the facing surface portion 21. A step of preparing a flexible mold 20 having flexibility, and filling the annular groove 22 of the flexible mold 20 with the uncured elastic material 1A until it bulges from the annular groove 22. A step of bringing the seal surface 11 into contact with the elastic material 1A filled in the annular groove portion 22 while making the seal surface 11 and the opposed surface portion 21 face each other, and elastic in a state where the seal surface 11 is in contact with the elastic material 1A. The material 1A is cured to form a gasket 1 having elasticity and bonded to the sealing surface 11, and the sealing member 10 and the gasket 1 are flexibly formed.
