abstract [PROBLEMS] To use a mechanism for supplying hydrogen to a secondary battery using hydrogen gas as a large-scale system, it is necessary to connect with a long-distance common hydrogen pipe. Many additional facilities such as measures against hydrogen leakage and hydrogen detectors at fixed distances and a gas supply shut-off system linked thereto are required, but the present invention aims to reduce this many additional facilities. A plurality of power storage devices that use hydrogen gas when discharging and generate hydrogen gas when charging, and a nonflammable common negative electrode gas obtained by mixing an inert gas with hydrogen gas in one direction A common negative gas pipe 5 that circulates in the gas, a negative gas inlet pipe 2 that supplies the common negative gas branched from the common negative gas pipe to each of the plurality of power storage devices, and a plurality of power storage devices. Each negative electrode gas outlet pipe 4 which joins common negative gas discharged from each to common negative gas pipe is provided. [Selection] Figure 1
